If your vehicle is considered beyond economical repair (commonly known as a write-off), the valuation process will be discussed with you and settlement arrangements made based on the agreed value of the vehicle.

Non-fault drivers will be provided with a suitable like-for-like replacement vehicle while their own vehicle is being repaired or assessed. For at-fault drivers, we may provide a replacement vehicle depending on availability and vehicle type. This depends on individual circumstances.
Replacement vehicles provided through our trusted partners are generally insured as part of the agreement. Any additional requirements will be explained before the vehicle is supplied.

Non-fault drivers will not pay an insurance excess. If you are found to be at fault following a motor accident then we can, at our own and trusted partners discretion, agree to pay your excess. Excess-related support will be available to discuss with our team.

We generally don’t charge our customers for using our services as our fees are collected from the insurance companies through our trusted partner network.

Insurance premiums are determined by your insurer and if you were to be found to be at fault in a road traffic accident, your premiums may increase, but this is something you have to discuss with your insurance provider.
